Are you scared to say No or turn down a client? It’s ok. Take a deep breath and ask yourself. Would you rather say no now, and maybe get them again later, or say yes and piss them off by under delivering? I know what my answer is these days. In days gone by, when I suffered from ‘yes disease’ I would over promise and lose the client. It wasn’t till I started to appreciate my time and my skills and more importantly the needs of my clients – that I got this right. I still struggle occasionally, but hey, being an entrepreneur (or an Entrepreneurial Diva) is a road of continued development.
