So, one of the things I’ve never, ever, ever been able to do is run like ever, ever, ever, ever. And I was going to the gym a lot last year, doing HIIT classes and body balance and barre and that kind of stuff. And I’ve really built a lot of muscle, but I’m not cardio fit at all. And it made me really unhappy. So, I thought during this next 28 days for April 27, we’ve got now I would mix it up a bit and do different exercise at home. So I downloaded the Centr app, the Chris Hemsworth one, and I did that yesterday. And it just about killed me, these like four runny things.

And if you know me, I constantly say, “You just got to try something because you never know if you don’t try it.” Well, I’ve just finished my first one and I’ve just done the five-minute cool-down, which is why I’m not puffing. Oh my God, these one-minute runs. You run for a minute and then you walk for a minute. Then you run for a minute and you walk for a minute. I’m bright red, my boobs hurt. Big boob girls shouldn’t run. But I’m really proud of myself, because I’ve done day one.
